Risetime brings deep experience leading school districts though the challenges of implementing No Child Left Behind.  Early on, we recognized the No Child Left Behind required significant changes in how school districts operated, and that implementing No Child Left Behind could create significant burdens on school district staff.  Our research identified several key areas that scool districts would need help, such as highly qualified teacher requirements, adequate yearly progress, safe schools, school choice, financial accountability, and limited English proficiency.
